What makes Chen Style Tai Chi special?

Chen Tai Chi (or Taiji) is the oldest and original Style of Taiji, from which all other styles later evolved. 

It has been passed down through generations of the Chen family, preserving not only the movements and forms but also the internal principles as the heart of Tai Chi. 

When you practice Chen Taiji, you learn not just the external choreography, but also how the body and Qi work together in deep harmony.
